Job Purpose: Lead – Civil is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership for civil engineering works within the precast business unit by overseeing design, planning, and execution. The role ensures seamless integration of civil infrastructure with precast production requirements, maintains high standards of safety and quality, optimizes resources, and drives timely project delivery in alignment with organizational goals.
