Job Purpose: The Buyer or TCD Executive coordinates procurement activities across multiple sitesorclusters within the natural resources sector. This role involves strategic planning, supplier management, procurement planning, contract management, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Buyer or TCD Executive works closely with site buyers to ensure efficient procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and vendor performance management.
