
The Vice President of Human Resources at GS1 Global Office oversees all core HR functions for a small, high-impact global team and contributes to the strategy and delivery of operational plans as a member of the leadership team. This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on HR delivery ensuring operational excellence, fostering an inclusive culture, and providing expert guidance to support Global Office. The VP HR also serves as an HR facilitator and advisor to the broader GS1 community across 120 member countries in support of the federation’s mission and people.
This job requires up to 15% global travel.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 4 to 8 days per month in Ewing, NJ office.
Base salary range: $240,000 - $270,000 USD annually.
