Acura of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for Experienced Automotive Technicians who are ready to be part of our team. If you’re skilled at diagnosing complex issues, value precision, and want a shop that respects your expertise, we’ve got a bay ready for you.
We offer our technicians a compensation package that includes:
- Competitive pay plans that include a base rate plus monthly tiered productivity bonuses
- Estimated pay range: $28-$40/hr. dependent upon experience level and certification

In this role you will:
- Diagnose, repair, perform and maintain on vehicles as described on repair order in accordance with factory standards
- Clearly and accurately document all work performed
- Road test vehicles as required, or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate
- Attend and successfully complete factory training as required by manufacturer. Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins
- Follow warranty material disposition procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of customer vehicles and work areas
- Other tasks assigned by the management team

Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid Driver’s License in good standings and a clean driving record
Our Ideal candidate will also possess the following:
- Minimum of 2 years automotive experience
- Acura/Honda Brand certification a plus
- A strong desire to produce quality workmanship and achieve targeted goals
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner
- Dependable
- Ability to pass pre-employment screens

What you'll do
