We’re seeking a UX Designer to own and elevate the user experience across our digital ecosystem. Reporting to the Director of Growth & Ecommerce, this role is responsible for designing intuitive, conversion-focused experiences across the website—including navigation, product detail pages, landing pages, and checkout flows.

You’ll partner closely with a CRO Specialist to support A/B testing and optimization initiatives, translating insights, data, and user behavior into thoughtful design solutions that drive measurable business results. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends strategic UX thinking with strong visual and interaction design execution.

• Design and optimize user experiences across the website, including PDPs, landing pages, navigation, and checkout flows
• Collaborate closely with the CRO Specialist on A/B and multivariate testing, creating and iterating on design variations based on performance data
• Translate user research, analytics, and behavioral insights into actionable design improvements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints
• Work cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, Product, and Development teams to bring designs to life
• Conduct UX audits to identify opportunities to improve usability, engagement, and conversion
• Stay current on ecommerce UX best practices, DTC trends, and emerging design tools

• 4–5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on ecommerce or DTC brands
• Proven experience designing for conversion, from homepage and landing pages through checkout flows
• A strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered design process and measurable impact
• Expert proficiency in Figma; experience with Shopify is a plus
• Familiarity with analytics and research tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or similar
• Experience supporting A/B testing and translating test results into design iterations
• Strong visual design skills with a high attention to brand consistency and detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
