About this role

We are seeking an AI Creative Designer who combines strong design and video editing fundamentals with a proven track record in D2C performance advertising and advanced AI-driven creative workflows.

This is not a brand-only or purely prompt-based role. You will be responsible for producing and scaling high-volume, conversion-optimized paid ad creatives for performance channels, supporting rapid iteration and growth.

You’ll ideate, design, edit, and iterate creatives that increase CTR, CVR, and ROAS, while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality at speed.

Key Responsibilities

1) D2C Paid Ad Creative Production

  • Create high-impact static ads, motion graphics, and short-form video creatives optimized for:
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    • TikTok (In-feed, Spark Ads)
    • Amazon (Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Storefront)
    • Emerging platforms (YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Turn hooks, briefs, and angles into scroll-stopping creatives with strong attention capture, clarity, and performance intent.
  • Produce creatives aligned with platform best practices, safe zones, and spec requirements.

2) AI-Driven Creative Scaling

  • Use AI tools to produce and iterate 10–20+ creative variations daily as needed.
  • Write and refine prompts for:
    • AI b-roll
    • scene generation
    • backgrounds
    • asset variations and creative treatments
  • Apply high-quality human direction and curation to ensure outputs are intentional, on-brand, realistic, and polished.
  • Work with AI tools such as (including but not limited to): Higgsfield, Sora, Runway, Midjourney/Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, and similar.

3) Design & Video Editing Execution

  • Produce final assets using tools like:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • CapCut
    • After Effects / Premiere (or equivalents)
  • Edit vertical short-form video creatives (9:16) with:
    • high-performance pacing
    • strong visual rhythm
    • clear text overlays
    • performance ad structures (hook → value → proof → CTA)

4) Ideation, Collaboration & Iteration

  • Participate in creative brainstorming and ideation sessions.
  • Convert raw angles into actionable creative briefs and execution plans.
  • Iterate quickly based on internal feedback and performance signals.

5) Performance Optimization & Creative Strategy

  • Analyze how creative elements drive CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS.
  • Improve hooks, timing, visual structure, and messaging using live data.
  • Partner with marketing/growth teams to:
    • scale winners
    • kill underperformers
    • systematize testing and variation production

  • Proven experience producing D2C paid ad creatives (static and video) with evidence of performance-driven iteration.
  • Strong foundation in graphic design principles and short-form video editing.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience integrating AI into professional creative workflows.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • CapCut
  • Deep understanding of ad formats, creative best practices, and platform specs (Meta/TikTok/Amazon).
  • Ability to execute independently with speed and high quality.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in supplements, fitness, health, or performance-oriented offers.
  • Familiarity with Amazon creative guidelines, placements, and Storefront design.
  • Strong copy sense for hooks, headlines, and CTAs.
  • Background in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
  • Experience collaborating closely with performance marketers and media buyers.

Portfolio Requirements

  • Evidence of performance thinking (iterations, A/B variations, testing rationale, learnings)
  • Demonstrated AI integration in workflow (beyond basic experimentation)
