About the Role

We are a fast-growing social commerce team operating within the TikTok Shop ecosystem, focused on building a high-performance creator community driven by energy, consistency, and execution.

We are looking for a Community Manager to mentor and manage a dedicated pod of TikTok Shop creators. This role combines creator coaching, daily accountability, performance support, and community engagement. You will work closely with creators to keep them motivated, consistent, and aligned with proven TikTok Shop strategies.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, coaching-oriented environment and is excited to grow within a scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Management & Relationship Building

  • Manage a dedicated group (“pod”) of TikTok Shop creators
  • Build strong one-on-one relationships and maintain daily communication
  • Provide consistent motivation, encouragement, and accountability

Daily Coaching & Activation

  • Proactively call and message creators throughout the day to support filming and posting consistency
  • Maintain high community energy through reminders, prompts, and celebrating wins
  • Fully adopt and embody the team’s communication and coaching style

Content Feedback & Strategy Support

  • Review creator videos and provide tactical feedback on:
    • Lighting
    • Camera angles
    • Hooks
    • Titles
    • Scripts
  • Coach creators on improving performance using established TikTok Shop content strategies

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track creator consistency, posting habits, and performance metrics
  • Identify gaps in execution and follow up to drive improvement
  • Report creator progress, challenges, and bottlenecks to leadership

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal team members to uphold strong community standards
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance creator culture

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
  • High-energy, positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting creators
  • Ability to motivate and hold people accountable with both warmth and clarity
  • Comfortable with frequent calls, voice notes, and hands-on creator support throughout the day
  • Highly organized, reliable, and resourceful
  • Growth-minded and excited to adopt a high-performance coaching culture
  • Familiarity with TikTok content, trends, or creator coaching is a strong plus
