The role of HR Business Partner IHQ at Action means working in an environment that is constantly evolving. In this dynamic setting, you have a direct impact on the development of both our organization and our (senior) management.
Together with a multidisciplinary team, you develop and implement a future-oriented people strategy. You provide sharp advice and translate complex HR issues into pragmatic solutions for a rapidly growing European retailer.

HR plays a crucial role in Action’s growth and ambitions. At the IHQ, you work with specialists in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, HR Projects, and Legal advice, supported by a strong HR Services team.

You are a structured and proactive HR Business Partner who brings clarity to a complex and continuously changing organization. You work with a clear sense of direction and a structured approach, safeguarding progress and quality. With your discipline and sense of priorities, you ensure that HR initiatives move from plans to actual execution and results.
You thrive in an international context and switch effortlessly between different organizational levels. You communicate clearly and convincingly and adapt your style to your conversation partner—from pragmatic and operational to strategic and advisory. You are approachable but are also not afraid to take a clear stance when needed.
With your combination of strategic insight and a hands-on approach, you structure processes and projects, build sustainable relationships, and deliver visible, lasting impact for the organization.
