If this resonates with you, you’ll fit right in.</span></p><div><hr><p><strong><br>What will you do? </strong><br></p></div><p><span>The Internal Communications Specialist plays a key role in enabling clear, consistent, and scalable internal communication across Aceve. You will be responsible for the day-to-day production, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our internal communication channels and content.</span></p><p><span>You will help turn strategy, leadership messaging, and business priorities into high-quality, well-structured internal communications that land effectively across the organisation.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Own and develop Aceve’s intranet (SharePoint), including content structure, publishing standards, and usability.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create and publish engaging internal communications across channels such as SharePoint, Slack, and email.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bring Aceve’s culture, values and strategy to life through clear, engaging internal communications and storytelling.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate business and technical updates into concise, employee-friendly content in collaboration with key stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use AI tools and communication technology to support efficient, scalable content creation and channel management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support leadership and coordinate company-wide communications, including monthly All-Hands and executive updates.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track engagement and continuously improve internal communications content and channels.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with, or strong interest in learning, SharePoint or similar intranet platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Tech-forward mindset, with curiosity about using AI and digital tools to improve communication delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Skilled at creating clear, visually engaging presentations.
