Your role combines <strong>people leadership</strong>, <strong>delivery ownership</strong>, and <strong>process excellence</strong>, ensuring that teams are set up for success while aligning their work with Aceve’s strategic goals.</p><p>You will oversee professional development, performance management, team wellbeing, and resource allocation, while also playing a key role in <strong>governance, change management, budget planning, and delivery management</strong>.
