Daher suchen wir eine*n Assistant Store Manager*in in der Alten Schönhauserstr. für 38-40 Stunden.
Was unsere Assistant Store Manager*innen ausmacht:
- Die rechte Hand sein – Seite an Seite mit dem Store Manager arbeiten, um ein motiviertes, leistungsstarkes Team und eine einladende Store-Atmosphäre zu schaffen.
- Den reibungslosen Ablauf sichern – Die täglichen Abläufe überwachen, damit alles wie am Schnürchen läuft.
- Leistung im Blick behalten – KPIs mitverfolgen und den Store Manager bei der Erreichung von Verkaufs- und Servicetargets unterstützen.
- Herausragenden Service bieten – Kundinnen mit Sorgfalt und Expertise durch jeden Schritt des Sehtest-Erlebnisses begleiten.
- Optisches Know-how einsetzen – Kundinnen bei der Auswahl der richtigen Fassung und Gläser beraten sowie präzise Anpassungen und Schleifarbeiten durchführen.
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau – vorausgesetzt für eine einwandfreie Kommunikation mit Kunden*innen und dem Team.
