About this role

Queres pertencer a um projeto dinâmico e inovador em plena fase de crescimento? A AHM é uma empresa de gestão hoteleira com projetos novos por todo o País. Estamos a recrutar para a função de Cozinheiro/a de 1ª para um restaurante no centro do Funchal, Madeira!

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Preparar e confecionar uma variedade de pratos, de acordo com padrões estabelecidos pelo restaurante;

  • Coordenar a equipa de cozinha, garantindo a eficiência e a qualidade do serviço;

  • Supervisionar a preparação e apresentação dos pratos;

  • Colaborar na criação de novos pratos e menus;

  • Garantir a organização da cozinha, mantendo os equipamentos limpos e em bom estado;

  • Cumprir os procedimentos de HACCP.

Requisitos:

  • Formação na área de cozinha (preferencial);

  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos na função;

  • Conhecimentos de HACCP;

  • Capacidade de trabalho em equipa;

  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos, incluindo fins-de-semana e feriados.
