Job Description

You perform a wide range of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully functional environment for our guests. You bring strong overall maintenance skills and a willingness to learn the unique features of our property, contributing to memorable experiences for our owners, guests, and colleagues.

What you will be doing

  • Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring consistent operation of heat, steam, electric power, gas, and air systems.
  • Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep.
  • Inspect all property areas for safety concerns and take immediate corrective action as needed.
  • Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform pool and spa maintenance.
  • Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, informative, and helpful manner.

Qualifications

  • Relevant building maintenance experience is required
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to work well as part of a team
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and pool/spa maintenance

Hourly: $22.62/hr
