What will you do?
As a Front Office Team Member, you’ll work together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues under the guidance of our Supervisors. Together, you’ll ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay at TRIBE The Hague Central. From the very first moment of contact until the moment they leave, you are their go-to person and the welcoming face of our hotel.
What does your day look like? As a Receptionist, you’ll welcome guests in your own authentic way, making sure their check-in already feels like a celebration. You’ll share tips on what to do and see in The Hague and help guests find their way around the city and surroundings.
Our guests are always your number one priority. That’s why you’ll work closely with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B) to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and nothing is missing in our service. You’re flexible, proactive, and able to turn challenges into opportunities, while inspiring your team with your enthusiasm.
You recognize yourself in this:
Hospitality and service orientation come naturally to you, and you have a strong commercial mindset. You are outgoing, an excellent communicator, and fluent in both Dutch and English. Speaking a third language is a great plus!

You are flexible and enjoy working in shifts, which include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
