Job Description

Join Us as a Talent Attraction Trailblazer!

We’re looking for a passionate talent acquisition leader who knows how to find, attract, and engage incredible people who embody the Rixos spirit. In this role, you’ll design and drive full‑cycle recruitment strategies, build smart sourcing plans, and showcase our employer brand across social media, career fairs, and key industry partnerships.

You’ll create a standout candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding, bringing clarity, warmth, and creativity to every interaction. You’ll manage talent pipelines, support internal mobility, and partner closely with regional TA and Talent Development to accelerate the careers of our rising stars.

As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you’ll provide market insights, coach leaders on best practices, and stay plugged into emerging talent trends. You’ll lead hands‑on recruitment across all functions—owning role briefs, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding—while ensuring our brand, culture, and values shine through at every stage.

You’ll champion our employer brand, elevate our presence on LinkedIn, and strengthen partnerships with hospitality schools and universities. With a strong focus on data integrity, inclusive hiring, and ATS excellence, you’ll track key recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement across properties.

You’ll collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to create a seamless employee journey, ensure fair and market‑aligned compensation processes, and support the development plans of our high‑potential team members.

Qualifications

  • Pre-opening experience
  • Educated to bachelor’s degree level or beyond, most likely within a business or human resources management related discipline, or experience equivalent.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is essential
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field. 
  • Experience: 5–10 years in Talent Acquisition within luxury hospitality or Lifestyle industry, preferably in Thailand and Phuket 
  • Skills: Strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and proficiency in recruitment platforms (e.g., SmartRecruiters). 
  • Competencies: Excellent communication, cultural awareness, resilience under pressure, and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. 
  • Previous working experience in a truly global work environment is essential.
