About the Project
About the Opportunity
Key Accountabilities
- Lead structures delivery on site with both pre-cast and FRP works
- Enforce safety and quality standards
- Manage resources and critical path
- Coordinate self-performing teams and subcontractors
- Monitor progress, drive program and report to leadership
- Execute construction plans with support from the Superintendent
- Resolve site issues promptly
Required Skills and Competencies
- 10+ years’ experience in Construction Supervision with extensive experience in concrete structures
- Experience managing Supervision in the field
- Working with engineers in planning and methodology
- Trade certificate or equivalent qualification
- Construction Induction Training (White Card)
- RIW Card and current First Aid certification
- Current driver license
