About COBRA
An 80-year group, COBRA promotes its own efficient business model, the result of the combination of decentralization, geographical diversification and technical specialization of more than 20,000 professionals in more than 43 countries. In this way, it offers a wide range of services throughout the value chain of projects, adapted to each sector and to the scope of the contract required by our clients, both public and private.
Cobra is divided into four main sectors of activity, Networks, Specialised installations, integrated projects and concession assets.
About the ACEREZ Project
ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.
The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.

About the Role
As the Digital Engineering Lead, you will lead digital engineering efforts with a focus on Building Information Modelling (BIM) to drive the efficiency and quality of the CWO REZ project. This role involves implementing and managing BIM standards, ensuring model accuracy, and integrating digital solutions to enhance project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the Digital Engineering Management Plan (DEMP) and BIM Execution Plan to achieve project deliverables.
- Facilitate project-wide data federation, ensuring BIM model integrity, quality, and data extraction for project needs.
- Lead BIM quality assurance processes, hosting collaboration meetings and coordinating 4D and 5D BIM implementation.
- Provide training and support on BIM platforms to team members and stakeholders, ensuring effective engagement with the models.
- Monitor and document digital solution performance, capturing lessons learned to continuously improve BIM practices.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or Architecture.
- Extensive experience with BIM and digital engineering technologies across the project lifecycle.
- Minimum 7+ years in the construction industry with hands-on experience in BIM data management and model quality assurance.
- Construction Induction Training (White Card) and Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.
- Current Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
