🎯 La tua missione

  • Custodire e sviluppare le relazioni con i clienti esistenti, garantendo un supporto eccezionale lungo tutto il percorso verso l’accessibilità digitale.

  • Comprendere le esigenze, sfide e obiettivi dei clienti e trasformarle in opportunità di business su misura.

  • Collaborare con i clienti per proporre soluzioni innovative e personalizzate, massimizzando il valore delle relazioni già consolidate.

  • Monitorare le performance delle soluzioni implementate e suggerire miglioramenti basati su feedback e risultati concreti.

  • Contribuire alla crescita del team condividendo best practice e insight dal mercato.

💡 Cosa cerchiamo

  • Esperienza consolidata come Account Manager o Key Account Manager, preferibilmente nel settore B2B e SaaS.

  • Forte attitudine commerciale, con esperienza nella gestione e sviluppo di portafogli clienti.

  • Ottime capacità comunicative, di presentazione e negoziazione.

  • Orientamento ai risultati, resilienza e autonomia operativa.

  • Esperienza nell’uso di CRM e strumenti di sales.

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona padronanza dell’inglese.
