Location: Millbrook, NY

Hours: M-F 830 am to 5 pm

Rate of pay: $16.50

 

OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

This position requires a high level of organizational skills and accuracy.  The ideal candidate must be able to accurately input information, manage databases, and multitask on a daily bases.   They will also be responsible for filing, organizing charts, answering phones. This position is a very fast-paced position and requires excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of the people we serve and our staff.  The person must be able to effectively manage high stress situations.  Multitasking is essential.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer and screen calls
  • Assist Staff, Clients
  • Complete daily data entry, filing, and faxing
  • Schedule Doctor’s appointments
  •  Input data into EHR system/websites
  •  Order office supplies
  •  Run Daily/Weekly reports
  •  Assist with Intake Screenings
  •  Enroll /Discharge Clients
  •  Accept Payments

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:

  • Assignments may be determined at a future date

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task
  • Hands-on experience with network administration.
  • Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sufficient skills to communicate effectively with system users regarding technical and business issues.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years’ experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of time
  • Able to work in open space floor plan
  • Must be capable to move throughout work day and follow people served throughout community
  • Work alongside co-workers within 3 feet
  • Must be able to move in tight spaces
  • Occasional lifting of > _25+ pounds
