
Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project. The client is META, a company that provides logistics and delivery services worldwide.
Responsibilities: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Intermediate proficiency in Issue Management is recommended. Additionally, beginner proficiency in Risk Management and Delivery Operations Control is suggested.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• General engagement administration and support for RMT support activities.
• Resource management, typically involving execution of standard and project specific roll in
and roll off processes, as well as, supporting the demand management process.
• RM reporting and reconciliation.
• Works effectively in a team and helps his/her team lead in distributing and managing delivery
of tasks and output performed by or with other members of the project(s)
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 6 months any client related experience
• Has good communications skills
• Knowledge in MS office application
