Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness in application performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor application performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unity Catalog. - Experience with cloud-based data management solutions. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration with existing systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently. - One should be ready to work in shifts (A,B and C) on rotation basis. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unity Catalog. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
