Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly. You will also be responsible for documenting solutions and providing support to users, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of new software features. - Provide training and support to junior team members on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
