Accenture Greece has established a Core Banking Center of Excellence (CoE) to support financial institutions in modernizing their digital core, accelerating transformation across core banking business domains.
The CoE acts as a central capability hub, combining deep functional and technical banking expertise, market best practices to deliver scalable outcomes across client programs.
WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Junior Banking Business Analyst in Strategy & Consulting in Banking, you will join a growing team that supports major banking transformation programs, while also building knowledge of Accenture’s core banking expertise by learning about industry trends, best practices and technology advancements.
You will work with multi-disciplinary teams across Accenture to support technology-led transformation programs aiming to optimize core banking processes.
Responsibilities:
Participate in and contribute to a Center of Excellence model, centralizing knowledge, reusable assets and delivery best practices across core banking programs
Support the CoE in building expertise across core banking domains (Customer, Deposits, Loans, Credit Origination, Product & Pricing)
Understand client’s business requirements and processes
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to co-create solutions
Translate business requirements into high-quality deliverables (Business & functional specifications)
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
A bachelor's degree in Management or other similar fields
0–1 years of relevant experience (including internships, academic projects or relevant coursework)
Strong interest in banking, consulting and digital transformation
Willingness to learn how to design and deliver client-oriented digital solutions
Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their needs and build professional relationships
Basic understanding or strong interest in delivery methodologies, preferably agileAbility to work collaboratively in team-based environments
Ability to manage tasks under guidance and work with defined timelines and milestones
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
Strong verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate ideas and learn to develop a point of view about your work
