Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based BPM solutions, implementing business processes and workflows based on functional requirements.
• Design, model, and implement business processes using BPMN.
• Develop and integrate process orchestration, rules, and workflows within enterprise systems.
• Write clean, testable, scalable, and maintainable Java code following best practices.
• Perform unit testing and support system and integration testing of BPM solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with senior developers, software engineers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to process design and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's from AEI / TEI in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with BPM platforms and concepts.
• Knowledge of BPMN and workflow-based application design.
• Experience with Camunda and/or Drools will be considered a strong asset.
• Familiarity with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and BPM tools.
