Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java-based BPM solutions, implementing business processes and workflows based on functional requirements.
- Design, model, and implement business processes using BPMN.
- Develop and integrate process orchestration, rules, and workflows within enterprise systems.
- Write clean, testable, scalable, and maintainable Java code following best practices.
- Perform unit testing and support system and integration testing of BPM solutions.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with senior developers, software engineers, and other team members to understand project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to process design and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's from AEI / TEI in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Java development.
- Hands-on experience with BPM platforms and concepts.
- Knowledge of BPMN and workflow-based application design.
- Experience with Camunda and/or Drools will be considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and BPM tools.
