Accenture Greece has established a Core Banking Center of Excellence (CoE) to support financial institutions in modernizing their digital core, accelerating transformation across core banking business domains.
The CoE acts as a central capability hub, combining deep functional and technical banking expertise, market best practices to deliver scalable outcomes across client programs.
WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Banking Business Analyst in Strategy & Consulting in Banking, you will join a growing team that not only supports major banking transformation programs, but also continuously evolves Accenture’s core banking expertise by tracking industry trends, best practices and technology advancements.
You will work with multi-disciplinary teams across Accenture to advise, shape and deliver technology led transformation programs aiming to optimize core banking processes.
Responsibilities:
Participate in and contribute to a Center of Excellence model, centralizing knowledge, reusable assets and delivery best practices across core banking programs
Support the CoE in building expertise across core banking domains (Customer, Deposits, Loans, Credit Origination, Product & Pricing)
Understand client’s business requirements and processes
Provide advice on shaping complex platform transformation programs
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to co-create solutions
Shape digital-led transformation strategies working with multi-disciplinary team of strategists, technologists and experience designers
Participate and drive stakeholder workshops and alignment across business, IT domains and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Translate business requirements into high-quality deliverables (Business & functional specifications)
WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR?
A bachelor's degree in Management or other similar fields
Up to 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver client oriented digital solutions
Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their need and build trusted relationships
Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
Advanced verbal communication skills; ability to articulate your thoughts, ideas, and develop a point of view about your work.
