Join our dynamic and growing Talent Acquisition team as a Sourcer, where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent and shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews across technical and non-technical roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers.
- Coordinate virtual and In-person interviews.
- Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels.
- Minimum 6 months upto 1 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring..
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform( a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
- Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage
