About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

As a Workforce Planner, you will ensure our workforce aligns with strategic goals through proactive forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time adjustments. 

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, and workplans that balance service delivery and employee wellbeing. 

About you | Mōu

You can work independently while being part of a supportive team. Our team is based in various locations throughout New Zealand, yet we maintain a close-knit and supportive environment. You are proactive and willing to take the initiative to reach out to team members for assistance whenever needed.

  • Proven skills in workload management, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource allocation. 
  • Background with workforce management tools (e.g., Genesys Cloud).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience managing busy environments. 
  • Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills. 
  • Customer-focused with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI. 
  • Cultural competency in Māori and/or Pacific cultures is ideal

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $90,039 and $110,047and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. ACC offers a comprehensive benefits package which at present includes an advantageous superannuation scheme with features like 0% contribution required by you, optional life and income protection insurance, and the flexibility to change to a locked plan at any time, ensuring your financial security now and in retirement.
