About this role
Job Description:
As a Local CDL Class A Driver, you will play a critical role in keeping our time-sensitive operations running smoothly. This is a home-daily position operating a Class A tractor with a 53' dry van on assigned local business-to-business routes throughout the Phoenix area.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer with a 53' dry van on assigned local routes
- Complete scheduled business-to-business deliveries within the Phoenix area.
- Utilize company-issued mobile communication technology for routing, updates, and documentation.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation using ELD and mobile technology.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service at all delivery locations.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and FMCSA/DOT requirements.
- Communicate operational issues, delays, or equipment concerns promptly to management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional vehicle at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A and current DOT Medical Card
- Experience operating tractor-trailers with 53' dry vans
- 21+ age requirement (for insurance purposes)
- Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen check, and maintain a clean MVR.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
