Unser Kreativteam, mit Sitz in Berlin, verantwortet den gesamten Prozess von der Entwicklung unserer Eigenmarken-Kollektionen bis zum Launch. Das Team, bestehend aus Designer:innen, Bekleidungstechniker:innen und Einkäufer:innen, hat dabei immer die neuesten Trends und kommenden Top-Seller im Blick.
Als Werkstudent*in Order Management (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unser Buying Team für 20 Stunden pro Woche im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Du begleitest unsere Artikel von der Orderanlage bis zum Launch, behältst Liefertermine im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Lieferanten zusammen und betreust Marken wie Anna Field und Freeboo. Mit Deinem Gespür für neueste Trends und kommende Top-Seller trägst Du aktiv dazu bei, unser Sortiment erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln.
Verantwortungen
- Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Aufträgen
- Eigenverantwortliche Artikelanlage sowie Orderabwicklung
- Bearbeitung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Klärfällen in enger Abstimmung mit Lieferanten in Asien
- Termin- und Lieferverfolgung bis zum Launch der Artikel
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in den relevanten Systemen
Anforderungen
- Student*in im Bereich Mode-/Textilmanagement oder einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang
- Ausgeprägte Modeaffinität
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Modebranche
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
