Job Overview:


The Video & Podcast Producer will strengthen process server engagement by creating consistent, high-quality podcasts and social media content. This role will independently own and execute the full podcast production lifecycle, from planning and recording through edition, publishing, and performance tracking, ensuring timely, polished episodes across audio, video, and social platforms.


This position is hybrid, located in our Seattle HQ office.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Own end-to-end podcast production: including content planning, guest coordination, scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing audio and video episodes.

  • Lead in-studio recording sessions in Seattle, including setting up, operating, and breaking down microphones, cameras, and studio equipment.

  • Perform audio and video editing, mixing, and mastering to ensure consistent, high-quality production standards.

  • Publish episodes across podcast and video platforms, ensuring accurate formatting and timely release.

  • Create, post, and schedule content across social media channels to support podcast promotion and audience engagement.


Skills and Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required; education in audio production, media, or a related field preferred.

  • 6–12 months of relevant experience preferred, including experience in media, marketing, or content creation.

  • Ability to operate and manage audio and video recording equipment; edit audio and video using professional software; and publish podcast episodes and social media content across platforms.

  • Familiarity with basic motion graphics or visual overlays, and comfort using basic analytics to inform content performance and strategy.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and follow through on deadlines while incorporating feedback.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and on-air guests.

  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams or creating community-focused content is a plus.

Pay: $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
