JOB DESCRIPTION:

主要职责 Core Job Responsibilities
- 支持技术员及时处理设备出现的停机故障，确保设备的整体运行效率达到设定的要求．
- Support technician to solve various machine faults to make sure equipment overall efficiency to meet requirements.
- 针对设备出现的一些重大的设备故障,能够领导维修团队解决或联系国外的供应商及时解决.
- For several major equipment faults, lead related maintenance team or cooperate with oversea contractors to solve on time.

- 负责领导设备故障的根源分析，识别出相应对策并跟踪实施进度。
- Responsible for leading the root cause analysis of equipment failure, identify the solution, and follow up the progress.


- 负责并执行相关的项目协调与实施，支持项目验证包括IQ,OQ,PQ 过程，确保设备是通过验证合格的。
- Be responsible for conducting related project and implement, include the installation of new equipment and support the validation include IQ, OQ,PQ, ensure equipment is validated and qualified.

- 应用先进的方法和技术来降低成本
- Obtain & apply advanced methods and techniques to implement cost reduction programs

- 运用各种系统工具（Maximo, ZPI等）收集生产，维修数据，进行相应的数据分析，生成数据报告,并提出对应的改进意见和改进计划， 提高设备可靠性和成本节约。
- Independently gathers maintenance and manufacturing performance data (Maximo, ZPI, etc.), and performs preliminary analysis. Reports findings. Prepares and communicates recommendations and respective action plans to drive equipment reliability and cost reduction efforts.

- 负责领导并执行相关的项目的协调和实施,确保项目达到公司的相关要求.
- Be responsible for conducting related project and implement, make sure project meet target successfully.

- 负责制定职责范围内系统的SOP, Job aid,以及各种预防性维护计划.
- Be responsible for developing related SOP, job aid and PDM plan, PM plan in scope.

- 和其他部门协调，支持设备预测和预防性维护计划准确及时完成．
- Cooperate with other departments, support to complete predictive maintenance plan and preventive maintenance plan on time.

- 作为一个技术专家，提供专业的工程建议，支持变更控制，项目验证，CAPA相关的调查&纠正
- As a technical professional, provide engineering expertise and support to change control, investigations & solution generations related to CAPAs

- 经理安排的其他职责.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager

最低学历要求Minimum Education
- 大专以上学历，机械/电气/自动化相关专业
- College degree and above, and major in mechanical/electrical/automation related discipline

最低经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required
- 至少3年化学或制药行业的工作经验（流体和溶液制备和包装等）
- At least 3 work experiences (fluids & solutions preparation & package, etc.) in chemical or pharmaceutical industries

- 至少3年的工程维修和项目的相关经验
- At least 3 years engineering project and maintenance work experience
- 良好的沟通，领导能力，解决问题能力，人际关系和团队合作能力
- Good communication, leadership, problem solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- 熟悉Office，AutoCAD等相关软件
- Be familiar with Office, AutoCAD, and other related software

- 良好的中英文阅读，写作，听力和口语能力
- Good read, write, listen and speak in English and Mandarin
