  • Provide comprehensive postimplementation support, resolving issues and optimising system performance

  • Act as a technical expert across the full IT solution — supporting procurement, integration, and troubleshooting

  • Continuously enhance the customer experience by optimising service quality and the performance of Abbott IT solutions

Success is measured by:

Customer satisfaction (NPS), service quality, operational effectiveness, and the growth of existing accounts.

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; science or medical related fields are a plus

  • Strong technical understanding of IT systems and software within a healthcare or laboratory environment

  • Experience delivering customer facing technical support or post sales service

  • Comfort with regular travel (typically around 3 days per week)
