MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Specialist individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
- Applies subject matter knowledge.

- Responsible for maintenance activities relating to equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
- Conducts complex/sophisticated reviews and estimations including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
- Defines criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
- Leading and developing a team of facility technicians to carry out building maintenance, repairs, and enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Education Level Major/Field of Study or Equivalent
- Associates Degree (± 13 years)
- Preferred: Degree in Engineering
Experience/Background

- Preferred: 3+ Years of facility engineering related work.
The base pay for this position is – $20,000,000,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
