Position Mission

Are you passionate about sales and business development and eager to be part of a global company that is transforming the industry with cutting-edge technology? ABB is looking for a Sales Specialist for the Agribusiness segment to join our Motion team in Brazil. If you have solid sales experience, a hunter mindset, and knowledge of the irrigation market—and you're ready to take on challenges across the country, with a focus on Brazil’s central region—this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from active prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with volume, mix, and profitability targets.

  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers, acting as a reference point for ABB solutions in the agribusiness segment.

  • Communicate critical information regarding delivery times, commercial conditions, payments, and contractual terms, ensuring transparency and trust.

  • Promote ABB’s value proposition, highlighting the technical and financial benefits of Motion solutions for irrigation and automation systems.

  • Map market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new regions and customers, with a focus on sustainable growth.

  • Support administrative and financial processes, including order tracking, collection support, and interface with project management.

  • Act as a technical-commercial consultant, identifying specific customer needs and proposing customized solutions.

  • Represent ABB at industry events and trade shows, strengthening brand presence and expanding the network.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales and B2B business development.

  • Hunter profile, with strong skills in prospecting and acquiring new customers.

  • Solid background in the agribusiness market, especially in irrigation systems.

  • Availability for frequent travel and fieldwork (front sales).

  • Valid driver’s license and mobility to serve customers in different regions.

  • Residence in Goiás or neighboring states (Central-West region).

Differentials

  • Knowledge of ABB Motion’s portfolio (motors, drives, energy efficiency solutions).

  • Experience in selling technical or industrial automation solutions.
