In this hands‑on role, you will act as the <b>technical expert for the Pricefx platform</b>, ensuring that pricing logic, data flows, and integrations are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.</p><p></p><p>You will closely collaborate with our selected <b>implementation partner</b> and will drive continuous improvement, maintain a robust architecture, and translate technical possibilities into impactful business outcomes.</p><p></p><p>The work model for the role is: <b>hybrid; #LI-Hybrid</b></p><p></p><p>The role is contributing to the <b>Motion</b> <b>IEC LV Motors </b>division globally.</p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>You will be mainly accountable for</b></h1><h1></h1><ul><li><p>Developing and maintaining the technical setup and core business logic in Pricefx, including end‑to‑end data flows and integrations.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring solution quality, including troubleshooting, unit and regression testing (with a strong focus on automation), and supporting higher‑level testing phases.</p></li><li><p>Documenting architecture and technical components, ensuring clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date technical documentation.</p></li><li><p>Introducing new technical capabilities that enhance pricing processes and overall business value, working independently or in tandem with the implementation partner.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Our team dynamics</b></h1><p></p><h1></h1><p>You will join a global team of skilled professionals working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will have the freedom to innovate and the opportunity to influence how our pricing landscape evolves.</p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Qualifications for the role</b></h1><h1></h1><ul><li><p>At least <b>2 years of hands‑on Pricefx development experience</b>, including Groovy scripting.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <b>3 additional years</b> in software development, pricing technology, or related technical fields.</p></li><li><p>Proven hands‑on experience with <b>Pricefx</b>, <b>Groovy</b>, <b>API integrations</b>, <b>SQL</b>, <b>.NET</b>, and <b>MS Azure</b> services.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <b>REST‑based integrations</b>, <b>API management</b>, <b>Git</b>, and <b>CI/CD pipelines</b>.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <b>Snowflake</b>, particularly for working with inbound data sources.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or higher.</p></li><li><p>Fluent written and spoken English.</p></li><li><p>Hands‑on, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deliver in dynamic environments.</p></li><li><p>Clear, structured communication and strong collaboration skills.</p></li><li><p>Curiosity and willingness to expand both technical and domain expertise.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Location:</b></h1><p></p><h1></h1><p>Preferred location: <b>Europe.</b></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Why ABB? </b></h1><h1></h1><p>We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
