This Position reports to:

Production Manager


 

En tant que Chargé de projet manufacturier et amélioration continue, vous pilotez des projets de modernisation et d’automatisation d’équipements. Au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre de projets d'amélioration, de remplacement et/ou d’automatisation d’équipements de production. Dans le cadre de vos différents mandats, vous participerez tant à l'exécution technique qu'à la justification des projets.

Responsabilités :

  • Superviser et coordonner les projets de remplacement et d’automatisation d’équipements, en veillant à l’atteinte des objectifs de coûts, de qualité et de délais.

  • Estimer les coûts et réaliser des analyses pour justifier les différents projets.

  • Fournir un support technique pour les installations et participer aux mises en service des systèmes.

  • Coordonner l’implantation et la mise en route des projets avec les équipes de production et de maintenance.

  • Contribuer à définir la vision stratégique pour la planification des projets d’automatisation et de remplacement d’équipements.

  • Identifier des opportunités d’automatisation et effectuer une veille technologique afin de proposer les technologies les mieux adaptées aux projets à réaliser.

Exigences :

  • Formation en génie mécanique ou gestion de production automatisée (GPA), ou toute autre formation pertinente.

  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans en gestion de projets manufacturiers.

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à prendre des initiatives pour faire avancer les projets et à gérer les priorités.

  • Connaissances générales des systèmes automatisés, de la robotique, de la programmation d’automates, de la sécurité des machines et d'autres technologies d'usine.

  • Connaissance des procédés d’estampillage d’acier et d’usinage (un atout).

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec maîtrise de l’anglais et du français. L'anglais est nécessaire pour communiquer avec des clients à l'extérieur du Québec.
