This Position reports to:

Global Head of Sustainability

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that accelerate sustainability impact? Join our new Robotics organization and help build the analytical foundation that drives sustainability performance. In this global role, you will shape the tools, methods and data models that enable fact based decisions across the business. You will be part of our global Sustainability team with and collaborate with experts in Sustainability, Operations, HSE, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to ensure high quality, audit-ready sustainability data and clear, actionable insights.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data models and dashboards in Power BI, Excel and other tools to track core sustainability KPIs, including Scope 1–3 emissions and resource efficiency metrics.
  • Design standardized data collection templates and define clear roles and responsibilities to support consistent, high‑quality data intake across functions.
  • Establish efficient processes for data validation, transformation and refresh cycles, including documentation of calculation rules, emission factors and assumptions.
  • Build and publish sustainability performance dashboards with version control, enabling trend analysis, target tracking and scenario comparisons.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional inputs, close data gaps and perform quality checks to ensure datasets and metrics are audit‑ready.

You will support sustainability topic leads with ad‑hoc analyses, visualizations and executive‑ready insights for quarterly reviews. You will also contribute to toolchain development and data plumbing in collaboration with IS/IT, helping to ensure reliable data refreshes and robust model performance. As part of a fast‑evolving Robotics organization, you bring a builder’s mindset, learning agility and comfort working in an environment where priorities may shift. You may also support adjacent areas such as sustainability ratings or customer requests as needed.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data/Analytics, Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, ideally in an industrial or consultancy environment.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data cleaning, modeling and visualization, and proficiency with additional analytical or IT tools.
  • Experience building templates and repeatable processes for multi‑stakeholder data collection, with a strong focus on data quality.
  • Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to non‑experts and produce structured, transparent documentation.
  • Knowledge of sustainability analytics (GHG Protocol, circularity metrics, waste classifications, water accounting) and familiarity with data pipelines or warehousing tools such as Snowflake is an advantage.

If you are motivated by creating clarity from complexity and want to help shape the sustainability data landscape of a growing Robotics business, we look forward to your application.
