Maintenance Supervisor
AAMCI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at two Section 8 elderly housing communities: a 50-unit property in Norris, TN and a 44-unit property in Jacksboro, TN. These affordable housing communities serve income-qualified residents through a Section 8 rent subsidy program.
This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, safety, and efficient maintenance operations, with the goal of fostering well-maintained communities where residents can thrive. The position includes participation in an on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with premium pay provided for emergency call-outs. Starting pay ranges from $24–$26 per hour based on experience. AAMCI also offers extensive training and paid opportunities to obtain advanced certifications.
