We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Digital Product Designer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited professional experience to grow their skills and contribute to the design of our digital products. As an Intermediate Digital Product Designer, you will work closely with our experienced design team, gaining hands-on experience in user-centric design and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Design Support:

  • Innovate and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with insights from our senior design team.
  • Lead expansive user research through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to inform and guide design decisions.
  • Evaluate and incorporate user feedback to refine and optimize designs continually.
     

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements.

  • Actively participate in design reviews, providing input and learning from experienced team members.
     

Visual Design:

  • Support the development of visually appealing and consistent designs, learning from the established brand identity.

  • Assist in the creation of design assets, graphics, and icons for digital interfaces.

    Your Visual Design skills will help us craft digital environments that are not only elegant but purposeful, ensuring every detail from pixels to elements speaks to our commitment to beauty and function.
     

Learning and Development:

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

  • Take part in training sessions and workshops to enhance design skills and knowledge.

  • Embrace continuous learning and skill enhancement in digital design .
     

Documentation:

  • Learn to create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications and style guides.

  • Organize design assets and files to facilitate collaboration with the development team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Knowledge of current design trends, usability principles, and best practices.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
