About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage the customers within our Cold Chain Logistics business. This role demands end-to-end ownership of customer relationships, operational execution, and financial accountability, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Account & Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction across all touch-points.
  • Cold Chain Execution Coordination: Oversee the full life-cycle of cold chain logistics—from sourcing to final delivery—ensuring temperature integrity, timely execution, and operational excellence.
  • Finance Collections & Dispute Resolution: Manage receivables, drive timely collections, and resolve financial disputes with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

  • Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
  • Demonstrates high ownership, initiative, and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent analytical skills and program management capabilities
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
