About this role

Job Purpose

You will develop compelling value propositions for our customers that help fulfill their supply chain goals with cost-effective, high-quality logistics solutions that can be effectively implemented and executed. Acting as a trusted advisor for customers and colleagues across vertical, sales, and product teams, you will focus on the cold chain segment with a strong emphasis on NEC coldstores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support front-line sales in identifying customer pain points and needs to drive value proposition development
  • Collaborate with product teams to design solutions based on customer insights
  • Identify cross-vertical value elements when bundling products (standard and customized)
  • Assess customer needs against Maersk CCL/CS capabilities
  • Host customer workshops
  • Ensure outstanding quality of value propositions before submission
  • Replicate and scale successful solutions
  • Actively participate in the Solutions community to share best practices and drive organizational learning

Required Experience & Skills

  • Significant experience designing complex supply chain solutions
  • Expertise in Maersk cold chain vertical and preferably cold storage
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts
  • Effective networking and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid commercial experience
  • Innovative and creative mindset
  • Energetic personality adaptable to change
  • Bachelor’s or university degree
  • German language proficiency (C2 level) preferred
