RN Nurse qualifications include:
- Current Georgia or Compact RN License
- Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
- Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow Nursing care partners
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to develop meaningful relationships with elders and family members

What you'll do
- The role involves supervising nursing staff within the Cobb community, requiring leadership and fostering teamwork among care partners. The supervisor must also develop meaningful relationships with elders and their family members.
