We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications for our client's platform. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, guide a team of developers, and ensure the timely delivery of reliable, scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex problems, drive automation, and deliver secure, production-ready software. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean architecture, reusable components, and staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing software programming applications for the clearing platform. 
• Writing source codes for new applications, and/or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications. 
• Utilizing automated testing tools to perform the testing and maintenance. 
• Acquiring client requirements; resolving workflow problems through automation optimization. 
• Partner with Product, Project, QA, DevOps, and Support teams to release high quality software and ensure its reliable operation in production 
• Maintaining Bank Security Standards and passing Audit requirements on Software
• Coach team members and help them in their work 

• Advanced English skills
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or a related field OR equivalent training  and experience
• 4+ years' experience building production applications in Golang
• Experience designing scalable, reusable, and maintainable software components and architectures.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and best practices for software quality and reliability.
• Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments alongside Product, QA, DevOps, and Support teams.
• Solid understanding of secure software development practices, with the ability to meet bank security standards and audit requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and stay current with industry trends.
