What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve performance and CPL.
- Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion through performance marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 - 5 years of performance marketing experience
- Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist, experience in the property industry is an advantage
- Proven track record of improving CPL
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong knowledge of Excel is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Solid experience with Google Apps (GDocs, GSheet, GSlides).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
