About the Role

This is a high-agency operator role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to how a company actually gets built.

As an Operations Associate, you’ll work directly with the founders and early leaders to keep the company running smoothly and help us make better decisions faster. You’ll touch strategy, ops, GTM support, and special projects, and your scope will grow quickly as you prove yourself.

What You’ll Do

Business & Operations Support

• Support day-to-day operations across product, GTM, and internal workflows

• Help build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and lightweight processes

• Own recurring operational tasks and improve them over time
  

Strategic & Analytical Work

• Pull data, run basic analyses, and help turn ambiguity into clear recommendations

• Support planning, goal tracking, and follow-ups from key meetings

• Prepare briefs, summaries, and materials for internal decision-making
  

GTM & Growth Support

• Assist with early GTM initiatives (research, CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking)

• Support customer onboarding, feedback loops, and early sales ops needs

• Help founders stay organized and focused as customer volume increases
  

Special Projects

• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects that matter to the business

• Work cross-functionally and learn how decisions get made in real time

• Grow into larger responsibilities as the company scales
  

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, banking, startups, or analytical roles

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through — you close loops

• Comfort working with spreadsheets, docs, and basic data analysis

• Clear communicator who can synthesize information quickly

• High ownership mindset — you don’t wait for perfect instructions

• Excited by fast-paced, early-stage startup environments

Bonus Points

• Startup or founder-adjacent experience

• Exposure to SaaS, AI, or technical products

• Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Salesforce, or similar

• Demonstrated curiosity about how businesses actually operate
