About this role

Overview: 7-Eleven Information Security is looking for a customer-experience obsessed technical leader to quarterback our growing capabilities in Identity & Access Management. This role will be accountable for the security support for IAM related functions, which include Cloud IAM, Identity Governance, Single Sign on & Authentication, Environment Sustainability, and Privilege Access Management. The ideal candidate is an integrator of people, processes, and technology, a thought leader, a problem solver, an operational support leader, and has a strong knowledge of security best practices and security technologies.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated aptitude in information security and specifically within Identity and Access Management; with a broad breadth of experience in the consumer or retail domain. We are looking for someone who can act like an entrepreneur to engage at the pace of innovation and be courageous with their point of view to ensure appropriate risk mitigation.
This candidate will help us:
•    Mature the IAM program and deliver operational excellence.
•    Lead Architecture reviews, Security Assessments, and Performance/Optimization improvements validate output/requirements.
•    Engage in the review and design of new business solutions to ensure appropriate controls and tools are selected and operationalized
•    Build out additional operational support with adoption of new IAM solutions.
•    Accelerate Privilege Access security and program health
•    Lead in projects and initiatives working across the IAM team, larger IT, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide consensus-based scalable enterprise solutions.
•    Provide operational requirements to IAM projects and strategic initiatives related to enhancements and evolution of IAM services.
•    Participate in code reviews and best practices.
•    Support/Contribute to creating technology road maps.

Operational
•    Lead the ongoing operations and enhancements of IAM solutions.
•    Lead the identification of service improvement opportunities.
•    Participate in design activities and requirement gathering to ensure operational perspective provided
•    Define IAM standards and generate compliance reporting
•    Participate in planned “Systems Day” and other maintenance activities
•    Actively engage in incidents raised by member firms and escalation to vendor (as needed)
•    Develop and maintains documentation of key operational processes
•    Participate in audits and other compliance assessment activities
•    Interview and remediate Privilege Access requirements with business stakeholders to reduce access escalations
•    Manage IAM Standards and Policy across the enterprise.


Qualifications:
1)    At least 10 years of experience in IAM domain.
2)    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field

Must Have
•    Hands on Experience in PAM tools like CyberArk, Delinea, Microsoft Azure Vault. 
•    Hands on experience in Microsoft Entra ID.
•    Hands on skills in scripting languages such as power shell, java, java script. (Not looking for an expert)
•    Strong Architectural and Analytical skills.
•    Strong Understanding of standard protocols like OIDC, SAML, OAUTH, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos.
•    Strong ability to review proposals, design and architecture by keeping IAM and security standards.
•    Strong communication skills and must be able to clearly explain via call or email.
•    Ability to perform root cause analysis and scan environment regularly to find out gaps, defects, errors and document those.
•    Entrepreneurship skills and should be able to deliver on time without much dependency.
•    Eager to learn new technology and demonstrate progress and ideas. 
Good to Have
•    Experience in SailPoint IIQ.
•    Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Oracle etc. 
•    Experience of ITIL tools such as ServiceNow.
