<p class="p2">The VP of Engineering will lead our platform engineering, worldwide cloud infrastructure, product integrations, SRE operations, and developer productivity functions as we enter a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. This role will own the technical foundations that power our product ecosystem while shaping engineering culture, operational excellence, and strategic direction to scale effectively.</p>
<p class="p2">This leader will influence platform architecture, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure the platform can reliably deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. This role may also serve as the India country leader—helping unite employees, foster collaboration, and strengthen organizational alignment.</p>
<p class="p1"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p class="p2">• Lead global teams across platform engineering, infrastructure, integrations, cloud operations, SRE, and developer productivity.</p>
<p class="p2">• Define and execute long-term cloud and infrastructure strategy focused on availability, performance,security, scalability, and cost efficiency.</p>
<p class="p2">• Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure, reliability, incident response, and cost optimization.</p>
<p class="p2">• Build and scale high-performing engineering organizations with strong leadership and technical rigor.</p>
<p class="p2">• Improve developer velocity through tooling, automation, and internal platforms.</p>
<p class="p2">• Strengthen operational excellence with mature on-call and continuous improvement processes.</p>
<p class="p2">• Drive change leadership during organizational scaling and transformation.</p>
<p class="p2">• Partner with Product, Security, and Engineering teams to align technical priorities.</p>
<p class="p2">• Mentor distributed engineering teams and strengthen leadership capability.</p>
<p class="p2">• Promote adoption of new technologies and engineering best practices.</p>
<p class="p2">• Recruit and retain senior leadership talent; foster inclusive culture.<span class="s1"><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></span></p>
<p class="p2">• 15+ years of engineering experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership.</p>
<p class="p2">• Experience leading distributed engineering teams in SaaS or cloud-native companies.</p>
<p class="p2">• Deep expertise in AWS, distributed systems, cloud ops, and DevOps/SRE.</p>
<p class="p2">• Successful track record scaling engineering orgs during high-growth phases.</p>
<p class="p2">• Strong understanding of integrations, platforms, service reliability, and dev tooling.</p>
<p class="p2">• Ability to improve engineering velocity through tooling and process modernization.</p>
<p class="p2">• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational influence.</p>
<p class="p2">• Experience guiding technology strategy at executive and board levels.</p>
<p class="p2">• Ability to develop senior engineering leaders and build healthy team culture.</p>
