This is a key role at 6sense and one that supports our entire marketing organization. This role will manage our website, create landing pages, test to optimize conversions/performance, create personalized website experiences, and report on outcomes with GA4 and similar tools.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>● Partner with marketing team members to guide them in best practices and possibilities for custom landing pages supporting events and campaigns</p>
<p>● Day to day management of WordPress website</p>
<p>● Create custom high-performing pages, including testing various copy as well as layout</p>
<p>● Manage website personalization tool</p>
<p>● Mange AI agents with a goal of maximizing conversions</p>
<p>● Report on website performance</p>
<p>● Continually test to drive higher performance across the website</p>
<p>● Work closely with the content team on AEO/SEO initiatives, including technical and content updates across the site</p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>● 5-7 years of experience</p>
<p>● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</p>
<p>● Strong interest in CRO and ability to self-identify and execute tests</p>
<p>● Understanding of ABM technologies and how to execute</p>
<p>● Experience with WordPress and website management, including: building pages, working closely with web designers, reporting and analytics</p>
<p>● Knowledge of SEO/AEO technical best practices</p>
<p>● Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager</p>
<p>● Experience with Qualified or similar conversational AI platform</p>
<p>● Experience with Trendemon, Mutiny or other website personalization tools</p>

<p>● Experience with Salesforce or other CRM</p>

<p>Base Salary Range: <span class="collapsed-field-text">$107,096.25 - $157,074.50</span>. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board.
