Was erwartet dich bei uns?
Du bist in verschiedenen Stationen des Recruitingprozesses involviert, indem du beispielsweise Bewerbungen sichtest und in der Korrespondenz mit Bewerbenden unterstützt.
Du koordinierst das Posting unserer Stellenanzeigen auf geeigneten Jobportalen.
Du unterstützt uns bei unseren Social Media Channels (Instagram, Facebook) und erstellst spannenden Content, der 4flows Kultur und Arbeitsumfeld repräsentiert.
Du hilfst bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Hochschulmarketingmaßnahmen wie z.B. Karrieremessen und Vorträgen.
Du recherchierst zu vielfältigen Themen rund um aktuelle Recruitingtrends.
Darum passt Du zu uns:
Du hast noch mindestens 2 Semester Vollzeitstudium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, BWL oder in ähnlichen Studiengängen vor dir und 15-20h pro Woche Zeit, uns zu unterstützen.
Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Praxiserfahrungen im HR-Umfeld gesammelt.
Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit, um in unserem internationalen Unternehmen zu kommunizieren.
Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen.
