We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Part-time Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location : 396 Hespeler Rd Cambridge, Ontario N1R 6J6
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday evenings 4pm-8pm and Saturdays 8:30am-5pm
What You Will Be Doing:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department
- Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
- Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
- Licensing paperwork
- Additional duties as assigned
- Daily production reports and till balancing
What You Bring to the Table:
- Completion of High School
- Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Above average computer skills
- Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
- A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
